Prices
Prices are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts (including VAT).
Availability
Our commitment to produce the dishes is null in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers. In case of unavailability of a product or impossibility of realization, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment terms
By clicking on “Confirm order”, the customer agrees to pay the amount indicated. Packaging costs and any deposits are in addition to the amount indicated. If the customer cancels his order 48 hours before the delivery time, no fees will be charged. Otherwise, costs for the purchase of fresh or preparation goods may be claimed. The accepted payment methods are: cash, wire transfer, Maestro, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discovers, V Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. An advance may be levied for large orders. A deposit can be collected for the material on loan. In case of non-return thereof within 24 hours after receipt of the dishes, the customer loses the amount of his deposit. Receipt of orders
All orders are to be collected from our premises with the exception of the “Party + and Party ++” mode where the delivery service, return and / or service personnel are invoiced according to a separate estimate. No order is sent or given to third parties.
Return of goods and legal guarantees
As regards prepared meals, ready to be consumed and checked by us before handing them over to the customer, no return or guarantee is accepted. In accordance with the law, you have the obligation to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting our dishes in order to enable us to remedy them. Each dish contains a description allowing customers to determine the possible presence of allergenic elements.
Data protection
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for the management of the order will be subject to computer processing and will never be communicated to third parties.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law. Any dispute will be handled by the Martigny district court.
